I’m a big fan of the Parm Di Melanzane pocket but the Polpetta al Sugo is also *chefs kiss*

      Roscioli in Rome offers four locations: the original spot offering small eats, a salumeria, a full service restaurant dedicated to tastings, and a cafe for a quick coffee. Here in New York, my favorite items were the Amatraciana and the burrata!

      I first tried All’Antico Vinaio in Rome and similarly at their New York location, these sandwiches are massive and easily shared between two. Highly recommend La Favolosa for something fun and unique and La Summer for something simple but delicious.
