Both offer highballs, sleeves of Pilsner, and glasses of house wine for $4 but here's the difference: The Oyster bar downstairs runs the happy hour from 3-5 pm with buck-a-shuck oysters. But wait until happy hour when they bring out a special menu that offers some of their signature appies at a great discount. We're talking calamari, roasted veggie sandwiches, mushroom and garlic fettuccine. Ever tried duck wings? They're next level. This "appie" hour runs from 3-5pm and then again from 8-10pm. Go there on a Monday or Friday for live Jazz.
