Yep, it's a resort, but there are campsites available year-round in natural, tall tree settings. All sites have sewer hook-ups, water, and 30 amp power, as well as a fire ring and picnic table. There are also hot showers and a toilet house, including handicapped-accessible units. Where's the beach? St. Mary Lake is just a short walk away.

Ruckle Provincial Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the southern Gulf Islands. Its 7 kilometers of shoreline overlooking the Swanson channel make it a very desirable campground with virtually no boring spots to pitch a tent. And the wildlife! Chances are good you'll witness sea lions and killer whales playing out in the sea. Ruckle Provincial Park has 78 walk-in campsites- 20 of them have tent pads, and most are available on a first-come-first served basis. Facilities are basic, but the group fire pits are epic. Bring your musical instruments!
