  Win Resale Shop is perhaps the cheapest (best deals) thrift shop in Victoria. They have a big, but often unorganized book section, as well as a lot of CDs, tapes and some records. You'll find some pretty cool home decorative things too. And mugs, check out their coffee mugs.

  This Salvation Army location is a real toss-up. Sometimes it can be kind of dingy, while other times you could walk out of there with a new wardrobe and that book you've been searching endlessly for. It's worth a visit, and it's just a five-minute walk from Value Village anyway.
